My Approach:
Compassion, Connection & Curiosity
Therapy is about connection—
finding steadiness in uncertainty,
meaning in transition, and
trust in your own voice.

My approach is relational, humanistic, and rooted in story—recognizing that while our experiences shape us, they do not have to define us.

I meet clients with compassion and curiosity, integrating narrative therapy alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other theoretical approaches to foster insight and meaningful change.

Wherever you are in your journey,
you are welcome here.

Guiding Values
Authenticity. Connection. Safety. Trust. Respect
Therapy is a space where people can show up exactly as they are—without pretense, without pressure, and without the need to fit into anyone else’s expectations. I believe in the power of genuine connection, the kind that fosters healing, deepens understanding, and reminds us that we do not have to navigate life alone.
Safety is essential, both emotionally and relationally. In every session, I create an environment where clients feel supported, seen, and protected in their vulnerability. Trust is built through presence, consistency, and care—through showing up in ways that honor each client’s unique story and needs.
Above all, respect is foundational. Every person carries experiences, perspectives, and truths that deserve to be acknowledged with dignity. In therapy, I hold space for these stories with curiosity, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to each client’s autonomy and growth.
The way I show up for my clients is deeply aligned with how I show up in every area of my life—as a partner and parent, daughter and friend, community member and volunteer, and lifelong learner. Authenticity, connection, and care are not just professional values; they are the guiding principles that shape my relationships, my work, and the way I walk through the world.
Inclusivity
I am committed to providing a compassionate, affirming space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. My practice is grounded in respect, cultural humility, and the belief that healing is strengthened through inclusion.
I welcome individuals of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities, faith traditions, and life experiences. I recognize the impact of systemic barriers, generational narratives, and social expectations on mental health, and I work to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and deeply understood.
